VARIANTE 3 small Casa: 

Small Casa Estefano with 3 rooms, 6 beds, two bathrooms and use of the roof terrace: €80,--.

VARIANTE 4 single guest rooms:

Individual single occupancy of the Casa as shared flat/boarding house without breakfast

with shared use of the communal kitchen, winter garden, terrace and garden:

Double room with private bathroom per person for single occupancy: €25,--.

Double room with private bathroom per room for double occupancy: €40,--.

Double room with shared bathroom per person on single occupancy: €20,--

Double room with shared bathroom per room on double occupancy: €30,--

Important here is the ingenious self-cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen: everyone cleans up immediately!

For all variants: For stays of less than 10 nights (rather unrealistic)

a final cleaning fee of €30,-- per person will be charged.
